The tool is powered by high pressure electric or petrol power packs with double stage pump that increases the cutting speed, eliminating the negative down time of blades reopening and re approaching the cut. For prolonged operation in steady position is available a cart with upper adjustable arm and balancer to sustain tool and relief operator fatigue, in the lower part of the cart is lodged the power pack and a stand to store the tool.
