CL10is probably the most effective accessory in its type, cannot miss in the equipment of modern crews that work in utilities networks maintenance ONLY ONE PRECAUTION WHEN USING THE MAGNETIC PLATE Like any magnet normally used in all industries is adviced to keep magnet away from credit cards, mobile phones, watches and “pace makers” as it may interfere with their function WITH MAGNETIC PLATE LOCKING AND MANUAL LIFTING The magnetic plate can be used alone, it has a telescopic handle, allows a strong magnetic locking of the cover to allow quick lifting and side movement WITH MAGNETIC PLATE LOCKING AND LIFTING WITH LEVER Using the magnetic platewith the lever the efforts, accidents and back injuries are totally eliminated WITH MECHANICAL LOCKING AND LIFTING WITH LEVER Using the lever with the various mechanical clamps will be possible to lift even the more blocked covers eliminating completely the efforts and risks of accidents and back injuries The lever and the locking clamps can be engaged in few seconds, the lever features two small wheels , is robust, light and extensible, by a simple movement “downward” allows an easy lifting and side movement of the cover in total safety CHARACTERISTICS AND DESCRIPTION MAGNETIC PLATE Is a powerful magnet with a lifting force that in ideal conditions can arrive to 1500 Kg , it has its own telescopic extensive “T” handle that gives a ergonomic grab , after use can be detached by simply giving a strong side stroke with estended handle. When stocked the magnetic base must be kept if possible away from metal objects that could be difficult to successively separate LEVER Very robust and light ( only 7,5 Kg) tank to its configuration and to the extensible handle allows a easy cover lifting and displacement, avoids that back muscles and the spine are subjetc to a damageful compression action, the downward pushing action turns operator weight in “a friend”, the muscles and spine undergo to a neutral vertebrae extension. Use is fast and simple , it features two wheels that ease the movements , once folded occupies minimal space and does not need maintenance. The short arm is adjustable and has a hook to engage the clamps or the magnetic plate LOCKING CLAMPS Have seven different configurations to fit the majority of the covers Give “lifting point” to the lever, have a spring handle that ease the insertion in the covers, the operation is done quickly and with one hand only ( without needing annoying fixing works with vulberable butterfly nuts, screws etc allways necessary on other similar lifters ), it is enought to pull the spring (acting like on a “bycicle brake” ) to expose the locking, rotating it and engaging the covers.
